Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Buskan's services you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our services.
Services
Buskan provides software development, consulting and related digital services. Engagement-specific terms are detailed in individual service agreements.
Intellectual Property
All deliverables produced under a paid engagement transfer to the client upon final payment, except for our proprietary tools and reusable components.
Limitation of Liability
Buskan is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Liability under any engagement is capped at the fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Buskan reserves the right to terminate immediately for breach of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of West Bengal.
